To the Prime Systems team, we have bought all of our desktop systems (3) from Prime Systems . They have out lived their technology and that is the only reason we update. Our fist system was purchased in 1997 and that sytem is still working. We have had only 1 hard drive failure in all that time and you replaced that under warrenty no questions. I have no problem refering other people to you guys. Our new system purchased in 2007 is a great machine and exceeded our expectations. My wife telecommutes and we need something fast and reliable which we have always found to be the case with Prime Systems. Your customer service is great. Keep up the great work.

I bought my computer from Prime Systems 2 !/2 years ago. It has worked like a dream, until this week when I turned it on and nothing happened! I was up against a critical deadline and needed my computer fixed fast. I took it into Prime Systems and told them my dilemma. Josh OK'd a "Rush" so that Delvin could work on my computer immediately. Delvin was very thorough and careful about making the repair without losing my necessary data. They honored my warranty and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. Mr. Duncan, I recently bought a desktop and a laptop computer from your company. You sent Mr. Kris Hanson to my home to get everything that we purchased from you, set up in the correct order.
Kris was very explanatory and he took the time to educate us in the areas that we needed to know. He went the extra mile to make us comfortable with our computers. He is very easy to understand and that sure is a good quality to have in your type of business.
I have been in management the biggest part of my life and I would have felt very fortunate to have had people like Kris working for me. Even though I am quite a distance from you, because of Kris I will be doing all my computer business with Prime Systems. We will also let all of our friend know of our satisfaction.
